so depressed…

i’ve only had about (maybe under) 400 calories today. i’ve had no appetite and have been drinking water and green tea.

but now i want to eat nutella.

insanity on friday made me sore until yesterday. yesterday i was too busy to keep going.

i’ve been over-eating a bit and gained weight. notice i didn’t use the word BINGE. just over eating. yeah i gained weight, but i can’t purge and i just feel hopeless trying.

did 20 minutes of fit test today because i’m tired, ugh, i need to get back on track.

everyone keeps pushing food into my face.

and i’m stupid enough to eat it.

tomorrow, insanity ALL THE WAY.

No binge today :)

Except snacked on 2 peanut butter nutty bars and 2 TBSP. of Peanut butter.

I had a sudden craving for peanutty stuff.

Kind of feel bad and want to purge, but I won’t.

I’m too sore to do Insanity today, so I’ll do it tomorrow.

Just finished Insanity day 1.

I looked SOOO retarded trying to keep up, but I didn’t let myself half-ass anything and just made sure I kept moving.

still look like freaking demon eyes..

not sure if i should exercise with popped blood vessel in my left eye.

it hasn’t gotten any worse.

thinking about starting Insanity (workout).

Since the calendar is set on a Monday-Saturday, I’ll probably still do workouts, then on monday go back to the first day and start over.
